摘 要:以喹啉、氯化苄和亚硝酸钠为原料,经“一锅法”两阶段反应合成一种新型稠杂环季铵盐(BQD),并评价其单独作为酸化缓蚀剂的应用潜力。采用静态失重法、电化学法、AFM(原子力显微镜)表面形貌和接触角分析等研究该缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能。结果表明:在90℃、15%HCl溶液中,“一锅法”得到的最终产物BQD在单独加量0.5%(质量分数)时,对N80钢片的腐蚀速率仅为2.48 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1),达到了行业一级标准要求,明显优于该“一锅法”的中间产物喹啉季铵盐BQC的缓蚀效果;该稠杂环季铵盐缓蚀剂能在N80钢片表面形成致密吸附层,且吸附模式符合Langmuir吸附等温规律,属于一种混合型缓蚀剂。A novel acidizing corrosion inhibitor of fused heterocyclic quaternary ammonium salt(BQD)was prepared in two stages by“one-pot method”using quinoline,benzyl chloride and sodium nitrite as raw materials.The application potential as an acidizing corrosion inhibitor alone was evaluated thereafter.The corrosion inhibition performance of the corrosion inhibitor was studied by static weight loss method,electrochemical method,AFM surface morphology and contact angle analysis.The results show that the corrosion rate of the final product BQD obtained by the"one-pot method"is only 2.48 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1)for N80 steel sheet at 90℃ in 15%HCl solution at a single addition of 0.5%.This meets the industry-level standard requirements and is much better than the corrosion inhibition effect of the intermediate product quinoline quaternary ammonium salt BQC of the“one-pot method”.The fused heterocyclic quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor can form an adsorption layer on the surface of N80 steel sheet.Its adsorption conforms to Langmuir adsorption isotherm,proving that it belongs to a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor.
