摘  要:基于计算流体动力学中的不相容模型,建立甲醇/柴油顺序输送的数值模型,进行甲醇/柴油在3种管径、管长、倾角下不同输送顺序下的数值模拟,并与经验计算值进行对比验证,进而分析总结不同工况条件对混油量的影响规律。结果表明:在相同管长和流速条件下,不同输送顺序下,管径越大管道中产生的混油量越少;在相同管径和流速条件下,管长越长混油量增长速率越快;在相同高差倾角条件下,上坡工况密度大油品前行时产生的混油量更大,轻质油品前行随倾角的增加会抑制混油量的产生;在下坡工况时随倾角的增加混油量会逐渐增加,重质油品后行会产生更多的混油量,因此在甲醇/成品油顺序输送过程中应尽量避免大落差地形的出现。建议在实际运行管道中应尽量采用大管径且密度小的甲醇前行以减少管道中混油量产生。Based on the VOF model in computational fluid dynamic(CFD),a straight pipe section model of methanol/diesel sequential transportation was established,and the numerical simulations of methanol/diesel under three different pipe diameters,three different pipe lengths,three different inclination angles and different transportation sequences were carried out.The empirical calculation values were compared to analyze and summarize the influence of different working conditions on the amount of oil mixing and the rule of oil mixing.The results show that under the same pipe length and flow rate,the larger the pipe diameter is,the less the oil mixture is produced in the pipeline.Under the same pipe diameter and flow rate,the longer the pipe length,the faster the growth rate of the oil mixture.Under the same height difference and inclination angle,the amount of oil mixture is bigger when the oil with a bigger density during the uphill condition transports forward,and it can be inhibited by the increase of the inclination angle when the lighter oil transports forward.When the denser oil transports afterwards in the downhill condition there will be a bigger amount of oil mixture,and therefore the big drop terrain should be avoided in the methanol and oil sequential transportation.When there is a height difference in the pipeline transportation process,the amount of mixed oil in the pipeline will vary greatly with the different transportation sequence.It is suggested that methanol medium with a large pipe diameter and a low density should be adopted in the actual operation pipeline to reduce the amount of mixed oil in the pipeline.
