摘  要:人桥吊车是核燃料装卸工作的基础设备,是核电厂的重要系统设备。国产人桥吊车控制系统与燃料相关操作工具分别由多个厂家供货,缺乏联锁功能,只能通过操作人员对设备状态进行判断,控制系统缺少核燃料组件操作工具间的互锁,容易在操作过程中产生人因失误。在人桥吊车原有设计功能、要求准则的基础上,对两种系统进行较小的改动,建立人桥吊车与燃料相关操作工具联锁,通过设备的联锁逻辑设计,增强设备控制系统的保护功能,操作人员只需辅助性地确认工作状态,可以提高设备和人员的安全性,降低燃料操作过程中的人因失误。The human bridge crane is the basic equipment for nuclear fuel handling,and is an important system in nuclear power plant.The control system and fuel-related operation tools of the domestic human bridge crane are supplied by multiple manufacturers,lacking interlock functions,and can only be judged by operators based on the equipment status.The control system lacks interlocks between nuclear fuel assembly operation tools,which can easily lead to human errors during operation.Based on the original design functions and requirements of the human bridge crane,by making minor modifications to both systems,a linkage is established between the human bridge crane and fuel-related operation tools.Through the design of equipment interlock logic,the protective function of the control system is enhanced,and operators only need to confirm the working state in an auxiliary manner.This improves the safety of the equipment and personnel and reduces human errors during fuel operation.
