摘 要:核电厂工艺系统设备的充水排气和排水充气的动力主要来源于流体自身压力和管网高度差,过程通常耗时长,充气排水时可能存在残水,充水排气时可能存在残气。通过设计“核电厂系统设备充排水辅助装置”及其控制界面,引入水泵和气泵的动力源,对需要充水或是疏排水的管道进行主动式的流体传输,提高流体传输的效率和效果。用于核电厂工艺系统隔离检修时,辅助排水充气和充水排气,提升排水充气、充水排气操作的工作效率和可靠性。The traditional power sources for water filling,exhaust,drainage,and inflation in power plant process systems mainly coming from the fluid's own pressure and the height difference of the pipeline network.The process is usually time-consuming,and there may be residual water during drainage and residual gas during water filling and exhaust.By designing the auxiliary device for water filling and drainage of power plant system equipment and its control interface,introducing power sources for water pumps and air pumps,active fluid transmission can be carried out for pipelines that require water filling or drainage,improving the efficiency and effectiveness of fluid transmission.Used for isolation and maintenance of power plant process systems,to assist in drainage,inflation,water filling,and exhaust operations,improving the efficiency and reliability of drainage,inflation,water filling,and exhaust operations.
