摘  要:秦山核电厂1号机组自投运以来发电机轴电压一直采用人工测量的方式。为提高机组安全性和可靠性,经决策改进大轴接地装置并加装轴电压在线监测装置。本文通过对350 MW发电机改进大轴接地装置与加装轴电压在线监测装置的设计、安装调试及运行情况的分析,得出需重点关注汽侧轴对地电压与励侧轴承座绝缘情况,供同行参考。The shaft voltage of Unit 1 of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant was always measured manually since it was put into operation.In order to improve the safety and operation reliability of the unit,it was decided to modify the shaft grounding device and add a shaft voltage online monitoring device.This paper introduces the design,installation,commissioning and operation,and emphasizes that the voltage of the steam side shaft to ground and the insulation of excitation side bearing seat should be paid more attention,and should be used for peer reference.
