摘 要:我国自主研发的“华龙一号”机组主要采用通用结构分析软件GT-STRUDL和RSTAB进行支撑件的强度分析。此两款软件主要是基于欧拉-伯努利梁理论进行结构分析,未考虑约束扭转的影响。本文以核电厂常用标准支架为例,通过采用梁单元、实体单元和解析计算3种方式对比了约束扭转对结构受力的影响。通过对比表明,开口薄壁杆件在约束扭转下,存在较大的正应力,甚至远大于一次应力,对于后续核级支吊架强度分析方法的选择和国产化支架分析软件开发有重要的参考意义。The domestically developed HPR1000 mainly uses the general structural analysis software GT-STRUDL and RSTAB for strength verification of supporting components.These two software are mainly based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory for structural analysis,without considering the influence of constrained torsion.This article takes a standard support as an example and compares the influence of constrained torsion for stress using three methods:beam element,solid element,and analytical calculation.Through comparison,it shows that under the constraint of torsion on thin-walled members with openings,there are significant normal stresses,even far greater than the primary stress.It is of important reference significance for the selection of the strength analysis method of nuclear support and development of domestic support analysis software.
