摘 要:为解决海南核电RIS小流量管线出现的振动疲劳问题,采用数值计算方法研究了该现象产生的根本原因,在此基础上对原孔板方案进行优化设计,并对提出的优化方案通过回路试验验证其可行性,结果表明:导致RIS管线存在高振动的根本原因是节流孔板设计不合理,采用多级孔板替代单级孔板的设计原则进行优化方案设计,两种优化方案解决了汽蚀诱发管道振动和噪声问题、减振降噪效果显著,方案二略优于方案一,优先采用方案二。本研究可为核电厂同类小支管振动问题的技术解决方案提供参考。In order to solve the vibration fatigue problem of Hainan nuclear power the RIS low-flow pipeline of Hainan Nuclear Power Plant,the numerical calculation method was used to study the root cause of the phenomenon,based on the optimized design of the original orifice plate program,and the proposed optimization program through the loop test to verify its feasibility,the results show that:the root cause of high vibration of the RIS pipeline is the irrationality of the design of the throttling orifice plate,the use of the multi-stage orifice plate instead of a single stage.The design principle of the multi-stage orifice plate instead of the single-stage orifice plate is used to optimize the design of the scheme,and the two optimization schemes solve the problem of vibration and noise of the pipeline induced by vapor corrosion,and the effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction is significant,and Scheme 2 is slightly better than Scheme 1,and Scheme 2 is preferred.The study provides engineering solutions for similar small branch pipe vibration problems in power plants.
