摘 要:汽动辅助给水泵是核电厂蒸汽发生器辅助给水系统的重要设备,通过汽辅泵转速测量装置的结构改进可实现设备的电气超速保护功能。为评估改造设备的抗震安全性能,对改进后的汽辅泵转速测量装置开展抗震分析,基于汽辅泵的零周期加速度与传递放大因子确定地震输入,采用有限元方法计算结构的模态特性和地震作用下的应力水平。根据RCC-M规范开展结构抗震评定,评定结果表明主体结构与螺栓连接部件的应力均低于许用值,转速测量装置的结构完整性满足规范的要求。The turbine driven auxiliary feedwater pump is an important equipment of the auxiliary feedwater system of the steam generator in nuclear power plant,and the function of electric overspeed protection of equipment has been realized by optimizing the structure of speed measuring device.In order to evaluate the safety of equipment in earthquake,the seismic analysis on the optimized speed measuring device of the turbine driven auxiliary feedwater pump was conducted.The seismic input was determined based on the zero period acceleration and transfer amplification factor of the pump.The finite element method was adopted to estimate the modal characteristics and the stress level of structure in earthquake.The seismic assessment of structure was carried out according to the RCC-M,and the results of assessment show that the stress values of the principal parts and the bolted connections were lower than allowable values,and the structural integrity of the speed measuring device satisfied the requirements of the criterion.
