摘  要:为应对换料大修中所涉及的运行活动复杂度高、工作量大的问题,需要有效解决合理排程和优化运行活动。结合运行工作的特点,采用主线模块、逻辑模块、自由模块构建大修运行活动模块化,通过定义各模块间接口关系原则,并融入黑箱原理定制专项运行活动,从而形成以时间进度为主线、“一体两翼”的大修运行活动布置模型,以达到提高大修运行活动计划的合理性,提高计划灵活性和效率。通过大修实践证明,模型具备可行性,将运行活动模块化处理具有良好效果,还可以提高运行计划编排应变性,并显著提高模块内部组织运行活动专项准备的优化空间,完成大修主线时间优化。本文涉及大修运行管理经验,可以作为国内核电厂检修工作组织的参考。In order to address the high complexity and workload involved in equipment replacement during overhaul,it is necessary to effectively solve the problems of scheduling operation plans and optimizing the organization of operation activities.Combining the characteristics of operation work,this paper adopts several modules,including mainline modules,logical modules,and free modules,to construct operation activity modules for overhaul.The principles of interface relationships between modules are defined,and the black box principle is integrated to customize specific operation activities,thus forming a regional module layout model with a mainline as the core and two wings,to improve the rationality of the overhaul operation activity plan,enhance the flexibility and efficiency of the plan.Through overhaul practice,the establishment of the model is feasible,and modularizing the operation activities has good effects.It can also improve the adaptability of the operation plan arrangement and significantly increase the optimization space for the special preparation of the internal organization operation activities of the module,completing the optimization of the overhaul mainline time.This article covers the experience of overhaul operation management and can serve as a reference for the organization of maintenance work in domestic nuclear power plants.
