摘 要:为研究混合骨料自密实混凝土力学及耐久性能,通过抗压、冻融循环和真空饱水孔隙率等试验,系统研究混合骨料对自密实混凝土力学及耐久性能的影响。结果表明:适量掺入陶粒能显著提高自密实混凝土的长期抗压强度和耐久性能;在此基础上,适量掺入聚丙烯纤维能进一步改善混凝土性能。90 d时,与基准组相比,LC1组试件强度提升3.01%,而LC2组强度降低9.71%。PP2组试件强度较LC2组提升7.11%,质量损失率降低18.01%,相对动弹性模量提升4.79%。此外,陶粒预湿时间短或不预湿的处理虽能短期提升混凝土早期强度,但不利于后期强度的进一步发展。In order to study the mechanical properties and durability of self-compacting concrete with mixed aggregate,the effects of mixed aggregate on mechanical properties and durability of self-compacting concrete were systematically studied through tests such as compressive resistance,freeze-thaw cycle and vacuum saturated water porosity.The results show that the long-term compressive strength and durability of self-compacting concrete can be significantly improved by appropriate addition of ceramite,and the performance of concrete can be further improved by appropriate addition of polypropylene fiber.At 90 days,compared with the benchmark group,the strength of LC1 group increased by 3.01%,while the strength of LC2 group decreased by 9.71%.Compared with LC2 group,the strength of PP2 group was increased by 7.11%,the mass loss rate was reduced by 18.01%,and the relative dynamic elastic modulus was increased by 4.79%.In addition,although the treatment with short or no prewetting time can improve the early strength of concrete in a short period,it is not conducive to the further development of the later strength.
