钢渣掺量对AC-13沥青混合料性能的影响

摘  要:通过室内试验,确定了五种钢渣掺量(0、25%、50%、75%和100%)下AC-13钢渣沥青混合料(SS-AM)的级配组成和最佳油石比,分析其动稳定度、浸水动稳定度、弯拉强度、弯拉应变、浸水残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比与动态模量的变化规律。结果显示:随着钢渣掺量的提升,SS-AM的最佳油石比逐步增大;同时,掺入钢渣的比例增加使得混合料的DS、浸水DS、MS 0、TSR以及动态模量呈现先增后减的趋势。这说明适当掺入钢渣能够提升SS-AM的高温性能、水稳定性以及动态模量。经综合分析,建议钢渣掺量以50%为最佳。The gradation composition and the optimum oil stone ratio of steel slag AC-13 asphalt mixture(SS-AM)with 5 kinds of steel slag content(0,25%,50%,75%and 100%)were determined by laboratory tests.The dynamic stability(DS),immersed DS,flexural tensile strength,flexural tensile strain,immersed residual stability,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and dynamic modulus of steel slag asphalt mixture were analyzed.It was concluded that the optimum ratio of asphalt mixture of steel slag increases with the increase of steel slag content.With the increase of steel slag content,DS,immersed DS,MS 0,TSR and dynamic modulus of steel slag asphalt mixture increased first and then decreased,indicating that the high temperature performance,water stability performance and dynamic modulus of SS-AM could be improved by appropriately increasing the steel slag content.It was suggested that the optimum steel slag content of steel slag asphalt mixture is 50%.
