摘  要:以陕西地区某水泥库的地基倾斜为研究对象,深入探讨其沉降观测点布置、监测方法及数据分析。研究结果显示:该水泥库的沉降变化显著,尤其是西北侧的观测点LH4,最大沉降量达到350 mm,整体倾斜率为15.9‰,远超JGJ 94—2008规定的允许值6‰。通过现场调研与勘察分析得知,地基不均匀沉降的主要原因是由上部黄土层在饱和状态下发生湿陷变形并形成负摩阻力,导致桩基承载力下降,从而引发不均匀沉降。建议在纠偏加固时优先实施地基止沉和加固措施,以确保基础土体的稳定性,提升纠倾效果。This paper focused on the foundation tilt of a cement warehouse in Shaanxi Province,exploring the layout of settlement observation points,monitoring methods,and data analysis.The research findings indicated significant settlement changes in the warehouse,particularly at the observation point LH4 on the northwest side,where the maximum settlement reached 350 mm and the overall tilt rate was 15.9‰,far exceeding the allowable value of 6‰stipulated by JGJ 94-2008.Through on-site investigations and surveys,it was determined that the primary cause of uneven settlement is the deformation of the upper loess layer under saturated conditions,which creates negative skin friction and leads to a decrease in pile bearing capacity,resulting in uneven settlement.It was recommended to prioritize the implementation of foundation stabilization and reinforcement measures during correction and strengthening efforts to ensure the stability of the foundational soil and enhance the effectiveness of tilt correction.
