摘 要:在考虑轮毂电机的应用场合、机械结构强度及制造成本等问题的前提下,提出一种采用切向充磁方式的新型轮毂电机。通过有限元法,对比所提新结构轮毂电机与同尺寸传统结构轮毂电机的电磁性能差异,分析结果表明,新型结构轮毂电机所用永磁体在少用约30%的情况下,能够有效提升电机的电磁特性,并能够减小齿槽转矩和转矩脉动,有利于改善电机的振动噪声情况。Under the premise of considering the application scenarios of the in-wheel motor,the mechanical structure strength and manufacturing cost,a new type of in-wheel motor with tangential magnetization was proposed.Through the finite element method,the electromagnetic performance differences between the newly proposed in-wheel motor with the new structure and the traditional in-wheel motor of the same size were compared.The analysis results show that with about 30%less permanent magnets used in the new-type in-wheel motor,it can effectively improve the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor,reduce the cogging torque and torque ripple,and it is conducive to improving the vibration and noise of the motor.
