程序逻辑模式下高校劳动实践育人的研究——以南京审计大学为例

摘　　要：劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育的重要内容,高校劳动实践育人是实现大学生全面发展的必由之路。进入新时代,高校劳动实践育人不断深化,在书院制高校中逐渐形成特有体系,然而如何兼顾“成效”与“过程”,发挥其应有的育人价值,是急需厘清的问题。程序逻辑模式(PLM)具有显著的“目标”和“系统”导向评估特点,基于此模式分析劳动实践育人过程,从资源供给、活动实施和成效导向三个核心要素探讨劳动实践育人优化路径,以期为劳动实践育人发展提供新的研究理路。Labor education is an important part of socialist education with Chinese characteristics.Labor practice education in universities is the only road to realize the all-round development of students.Since entering the new era,labor practice education in universities has been deepening,and a unique system has gradually formed in academy system universities.However,how to balance the“effect”and“process”and play its proper education value is an urgent problem to be clarified.Program Logic Model(PLM)has significant“goal”and“system”oriented evaluation characteristics.Based on this model,the process of labor practice education is analyzed,and the optimization path of labor practice education is discussed from the three core elements of resource supply,activity implementation and result-orientation,which will provide a new research path for the development of labor practice education.
