摘　　要：阐述了公共图书馆发展进入新质生产力赋能高质量发展的全新阶段后,在引导、服务全民阅读中面临的新挑战、新理念与新任务,分析了作为公共图书馆重要阅读推广平台和方式的讲坛如何转型发展的问题,提出了建立关于公共图书馆讲坛阅读推广效果评价指标体系的建议,并指出对其服务和质量进行科学评估是破解发展瓶颈的有效途径。This paper expounds that public libraries are facing new challenges,new ideas and new tasks in guiding and serving the reading of the whole people after entering a new stage of new quality productivity enabling and high quali⁃ty,analyzes the problem of how to transform and develop the platform being as public libraries’important reading promo⁃tion forum and way,puts forward some suggestions on establishing the effect evaluation index system of public library fo⁃rum reading promotion,and and points out that scientific evaluation of its service and quality is an effective way to break the development bottleneck.
