摘 要:在“云数智”深度融合的新时代背景下,深入探究了智慧图书馆知识服务价值共创的构建机理与实践路径。通过对参与主体、实践流程及关键影响因素的系统梳理与分析,从服务理念创新、制度框架设计、服务情境塑造、服务生态构建等4个核心维度,探讨了其价值共创的作用机制,旨在促进服务创新与效能的显著提升。研究强调,图书馆需依据价值共创的不同发展阶段,灵活调整其任务策略,高度重视制度体系完善与服务模式创新。通过构建多元利益主体协同共治的参与机制,实现服务效能的跨越式提升,进而推动知识服务生态系统稳定可持续发展。Under the background of the new era of deep integration of“cloud,data and intelligence”,this paper deep⁃ly explores the construction mechanism and practical path of knowledge service value co-creation of smart library.Through the systematic review and analysis of the participants,the practice process and the key influencing factors,this paper explores the mechanism of value co-creation from the four core dimensions of service concept innovation,institu⁃tional framework design,service situation shaping and service ecology construction,aiming to promote the significant im⁃provement of service innovation and efficiency.The research emphasizes that libraries need to flexibly adjust their task strategies according to the different development stages of value co-creation,and attach great importance to the improve⁃ment of institutional system and the innovation of service mode.By constructing the participation mechanism of multistakeholder collaborative co-governance,we can realize the leap-forward improvement of service efficiency,and then promote the stable and sustainable development of knowledge service ecosystem.
