开放科学环境下学术交流模式的转变--以CNRS和HGF为例

摘　　要：在系统调研CNRS和HGF的开放科学实践基础上,从开放获取、开放研究数据和开放研究软件3个维度出发对相关实践进行归纳和分析;通过对比开放科学实践前后学术交流模式的转变,得出开放科学环境下学术交流模式的3个特征,即学术成果公开的即时性、存取与讨论的一体化和获取的公众化;并对我国开放科学实践提出了3点建议:一是借助人际传播和学术影响力维持用户黏性、保证平台活性,二是在个性化服务加持下加深用户归属感、打造国际品牌,三是以预印本平台和期刊出版商的多层次合作钝化开放速度与认可度间的矛盾。On the basis of systematic investigation of CNRS and HGF open science practices,this paper summarizes and analyzes relevant practices from the three dimensions of open access,open research data and open research software;and by comparing the transformation of academic communication mode before and after open science practices,draws three characteristics of academic communication modes in open science environments,which are the immediacy of aca⁃demic achievement disclosure,the integration of academic achievement access and discussion,and the publicization of academic achievement acquisition;and also puts forward three suggestions for open scientific practice in our country,the first is maintaining user’s stickiness and ensuring platform activity with the help of interpersonal communication and aca⁃demic influence,the second is deepening the user’s sense of belonging and building an international brand with the sup⁃port of personalized service,and the third is blunting the contradiction between the opening speed and the recognition de⁃gree by the multilevel cooperation between the preprint platform and the journal publisher.
