摘　　要：现有开源情报流程滞后于实践工作。优化开源情报流程,既是促进开源情报实践工作高效化、科学化、规范化的现实需要,也是完善我国情报学理论研究的时代要求。运用文献分析法、比较研究法,梳理已有情报流程模型和开源情报流程模型,借助WSR系统方法论和分层架构模型优化开源情报流程。从人员层、工作层、支撑层与环境层综合考量开源情报流程影响因素,初步提出以目标为中心的开源情报流程,分析该流程的运行模式及运行特征。The existing open source intelligence process lags behind practical work.Optimizing the open source intelli⁃gence process is not only a practical need to promote the efficiency,scientificity,and standardization of open source intel⁃ligence practice,but also a requirement of the times to improve the theoretical research of intelligence in China.Using lit⁃erature analysis and comparative research methods,this paper sorts out the existing intelligence process models and opensource intelligence process models,and uses the WSR system methodology and hierarchical architecture model to opti⁃mize open-source intelligence processes.This paper comprehensively considers the influencing factors of open source in⁃telligence processes from the perspectives of personnel,work,support,and environment,proposes a goal centered open source intelligence process,and analyzes its operational mode and characteristics.
