摘　　要：通过梳理数据管理与图书馆数据驱动型智库发展之间的关系,阐述了图书馆数据管理服务在数据驱动型智库建设中的关键作用;分析了数据管理如何赋能智库的知识服务体系并推动其从传统决策向智能化决策转型,提出数据治理和智能化成为图书馆数据驱动型智库建设范式的主要特征和发展方向:图书馆应通过数据资产的系统化管理,整合社会各类数据资源,提升智库的数据管理和分析能力,从而为政府决策、企业发展及社会进步提供更加精准、智能的支持。Though reviewing the relationship between data management and development of ibrary’s data-driven think tank,this paper elaborates on the key role of library’s data management services in the construction of data-driven think tanks;analyzes how data management to empower the knowledge service system of think tanks and to promote its transformation from traditional decision-making to intelligent decision-making,proposing that data governance and intel⁃ligence have become the main characteristics and development directions of library’s data-driven think tank construction paradigm:libraries should integrate various social data resources through the systematic management of data assets,en⁃hance the data management and analysis capabilities of think tank,and provide more accurate and intelligent support for government decision-making,enterprise development and social progress.
