摘 要:经过特殊优化设计的复杂薄壁零件具有较大的承载能力、一体化程度高、质量小,广泛应用于航空航天等领域。复杂的外形和较大的刚性增大了复杂薄壁零件制造难度和成本。为提高薄壁零件的制造效率,论述薄壁零件的制造成形方法及工艺,总结近年来国内薄壁件激光焊接的研究成果,阐述部分激光焊接数值仿真成果,最后,提出一种以铸造成形为基础,数值仿真为辅助的复杂薄壁零件激光焊接分体成形的制造思路,为大型复杂薄壁零件的制造提供参考。The specially optimized complex thin-walled parts have large bearing capacity,high integration degree and light weight,and widely used in aerospace and other fields.The complex shape and large rigidity increase the difficulty and cost of manufacturing complex thin-walled parts.In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency of thin-walled parts,the forming method and process of thin-walled parts were discussed,the research results of laser welding in recent years in China were summarized,and some numerical simulation results of laser welding were described.Finally,a manufacturing idea of laser welding split forming of complex thin-walled parts based on casting and assisted by numerical simulation was proposed.It provided reference for the manufacture of large and complex thin-walled parts.
