新民主主义革命时期党的群众组织力建设探析

摘　　要：不断增强和提升群众组织力是中国共产党最大的政治优势。新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党围绕增强群众组织力进行了富有成效的探索,历经了建党初期和大革命时期的初步实践,土地革命战争时期的培根筑基,抗日战争时期的丰富拓展,以及解放战争时期的全面深化等四个阶段。这一时期党的群众组织力建设的历史经验主要有:坚持以党的领导为根本前提,以人民至上为价值旨归,以思想引领为内在动力,以统一战线为重要法宝,以制度建设为根本保障。系统梳理新民主主义革命时期党增强群众组织力的探索历程,对新时代加强党的群众组织力建设、巩固党的执政地位具有重要启示价值。Continuously enhancing and upgrading mass organizational capacity is the greatest political advantage of the Communist Party of China.During the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the Communist Party of China conducted fruitful explorations aimed at strengthening mass organizational capacity,which progressed through four stages:the initial practice during the early days of the Party’s founding and the Great Revolution,arduous explorations during the Agrarian Revolutionary War,extensive expansion during the War of Resistance Against Japan,and comprehensive deepening during the Liberation War.The historical experience of building the Party’s mass organizational capacity during this period mainly include adhering to Party leadership as the fundamental prerequisite,prioritizing the people as the ultimate value,using ideological guidance as the internal driving force,viewing the united front as an important asset,and regarding institutional development as the fundamental guarantee.Systematically reviewing the Party’s exploration process of enhancing mass organizational capacity during the New Democratic Revolution offers significant insights for strengthening the Party’s mass organizational capacity and consolidating its ruling position in the new era.
