摘　　要：延安时期干部学校十分重视马克思主义信仰教育,积累了许多宝贵经验,主要有:马克思主义信仰教育必须坚持“坚定正确的政治方向”,把培育革命的理想信仰作为根本目的;必须依托思想政治理论课这个主阵地,把学习和研究马克思主义作为重要任务;必须把马克思主义基本原理与中国革命具体实际相结合,始终坚持马克思主义中国化的正确方向;必须坚持理论联系实际、“理论与实际一致”的原则;必须走与工农相结合的道路,为学员开辟在艰苦的社会实践中锻炼成长的广阔空间。这些历史经验,对于新时代开展党员干部和青年学生的马克思主义信仰教育,具有重要现实意义。The cadre schools during the Yan’an Period attached great importance to Marxist belief education,and accumulated much valuable experience.Mainly,Marxist belief education must adhere to the“firm and correct political direction”,and take cultivation of revolutionary ideal and belief as the fundamental purpose;rely on ideological and political theory course as the main position,and take Marxist study and research as an important task;combine the basic principles of Marxism with the specific realities of the Chinese revolution,and evermore adhere to the correct direction of the sinicized Marxism;stick to the principle of correlating theory with practice and“consistency between theory and practice”;take the path of integration with the workers and peasants,and open up the broad space for students to exercise and grow from hard social practice.All these historical experiences take great practical significance to Marxist belief education for cadres and young students during the new era.
