摘　　要：延安时期中国共产党领导的科技自立自强,在陕甘宁边区取得了巨大成效,极大地增强了全体军民夺取革命胜利的信心。同时,在此过程中党也积累了关于科技自立自强的宝贵历史经验,即全力保障科技人才待遇、积极制定科技发展政策和大力促进科学文化普及。党的二十大报告提出要实现中国式现代化就必须推动高水平科技自立自强。新征程上,我们要继承延安时期科技自立自强的宝贵经验,坚持以党的领导为前提,以尊重人才为关键、以法治建设为保障、以科学普及为基础的工作思路,不断提升我国科技自主性、安全性,助力中华民族伟大复兴。The scientific and technological independence and self-improvement led by the Communist Party of China during the Yan’an Period has made great achievements in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,and has greatly enhanced the confidence of all military and civilian people to win the revolutionary victory.The Party has also accumulated valuable historical experience on scientific and technological independence and self-improvement during this process,which included fully ensuring the treatment of scientific and technological talents,actively formulating policies for scientific and technological development,and vigorously promoting the popularization of science and culture.The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that we must promote the independence and self-improvement of high-level science and technology for Chinese path to modernization.On the new journey,we must inherit the valuable experience of scientific and technological independence and self-improvement during the Yan’an Period,adhere to the work philosophy of taking the leadership of the Party as the premise,taking the respect for talents as the key,taking the construction of the rule of law as the guarantee,and taking the scientific popularization as the foundation,continuously improve the autonomy and security of Chinese science and technology,and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
