摘  要:新文科建设的提出,有着特殊的时代背景与重要意义。观念守旧、资源不足、部门壁垒、学情困扰、政策滞后、定位模糊等,是制约地方高校新文科建设的主要阻碍,地方高校应当基于国家“四新”建设总体布局,找准切口,选好路径,多措并举,把课程体系构建作为切入口、发力点,着力做好基础性保障性资源配置,借助多条路径推进新课程落地,紧盯效果评价几个重要观测点,实践探索与理论务虚同步推进,从而推动新文科建设健康发展。The proposal of new liberal arts construction has a special background and significant meaning.The main obstacles restricting the construction of new liberal arts in local colleges and universities are outdated ideas,insufficient resources,departmental barriers,student situation concerns,lagging policies,and ambiguous positioning.Local universities should base on the overall layout of the national“Four New”Construction,identify the entry point,select the right path,and take multiple measures.They should take the construction of the curriculum system as the entry point and the starting point,focus on providing basic and supportive resource allocation,promote the implementation of new courses through multiple paths,monitor several important evaluation points closely,and advance practical exploration and theoretical reflection simultaneously,so as to promote the healthy development of the construction of new liberal arts.
