摘 要:结合正交试验分析、电镜扫描、能谱分析等方法,研究袖阀管注浆套壳料的最优配比及其微观结构特征。试验结果表明:套壳料最优质量配比为水∶水泥∶膨润土∶水玻璃=2.0∶1.0∶1.4∶0.03,此配比下套壳料的后期抗压强度相较于最低水平能够提高约20%,且膨润土、水玻璃用量较少。通过对比套壳料微观结构发现,最优配比下的水化物晶体和C-S-H凝胶等骨架结构分布较为规律,其中Ca、Si元素含量均接近40%,水泥水化物、膨润土较好地呈粒状-镶嵌-胶结结构。膨润土含量过高会吸收参与水泥水化反应的自由水及Ca^(2+),导致套壳料的骨架网状结构发育不充分,减少后期强度的同时延长初凝胶时间。Combined with orthogonal test analysis,electron microscope scanning,energy spectrum analysis and other methods,the optimal ratio of sleeve tube grouting shell material and its microstructural characteristics were studied.The test results show that the optimal ratio of casing material is water:cement:bentonite:water glass=2.0∶1.0∶1.4∶0.03,the compressive strength of the casing material can be increased by about 20%compared with the lowest level,and the amount of bentonite and water glass is less.By comparing the microstructure of the casing material,it was found that the optimal ratio of hydride crystals and C-S-H gel and other skeletal structure distribution is more regular,in which the Ca,Si element content is close to 40%,the cement hydride,bentonite is better in the granular-mosaic-cementation.While the bentonite content is too high will absorb the free water and Ca^(2+)involved in the cement hydration reaction,resulting in insufficient development of the skeleton mesh structure of the casing material,reducing the strength while prolonging the gelation time.
