摘  要:涉铁工程施工安全风险具有复杂性和高危性,对铁路运营和施工人员生命财产安全有直接影响。本文基于故障树分析法,针对涉铁工程施工安全风险进行了系统地识别与分析,发现设备设施因素和人为因素是主要诱发原因,并构建了安全风险模型。通过最小割集和最小径集的分析,明确了关键风险点和薄弱环节。提出了一系列有效的安全风险控制措施,包括设备设施管理优化、人员安全意识提升、施工环境改善、管理体系完善以及外部环境预防等,旨在通过系统性的安全管理手段,降低涉铁工程施工的安全事故发生率,为铁路施工企业的安全风险管控提供科学依据。Railway-related construction projects pose complex and high-risk challenges,directly impacting railway operations and the safety of personnel.This paper utilizes Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)to systematically identify and analyze safety risks in such construction projects,highlighting equipment and human factors as primary causes.A safety risk model was constructed,and the critical risk points and vulnerabilities were identified through minimal cut sets and minimal path sets analysis.The study proposes a series of effective risk control measures,including optimizing equipment management,enhancing personnel safety awareness,improving construction environments,refining management systems,and preventing external environmental risks.These systematic safety management approaches aim to reduce accident rates in railway construction projects,providing a scientific basis for risk control strategies for railway construction enterprises.
