八路军留守兵团正规化探析(1937—1942)

摘　　要：八路军留守兵团建立之初,毛泽东便要求将留守兵团建成一支打不烂、拖不垮的正规兵团。在留守兵团司令部的指导下,通过调整军队编制实现统一指挥、开展政治教育实现统一思想、建立健全规章制度实现统一纪律、进行军事教育训练提升战斗力等多方面努力,将留守兵团向着组织结构明确、政治素质过硬、军纪严明、战斗力非凡的正规化部队推进,最终做到了内能保卫边区,外能打击日伪军,圆满完成了中共中央赋予的战略任务。At the beginning of the establishment of the Eighth Route Army Staying Corps,Mao Zedong demanded that the Staying Corps be built into regular corps that could not be broken or dragged down.Under the guidance of the Commanding General of the Staying Corps,through the adjustment of the army establishment to realize the unity of command,political education to realize the unity of thoughts,the establishment of sound rules and regulations to realize the unity of discipline,military education and training to enhance the combat eff ectiveness and other aspects of eff orts,the Staying Corps had been gradually forged into a well-structured,politically steadfast,combat-eff ective regular corps and ultimately achieved the goals of protecting border and fighting against the Japanese and pseudo-armies,and successfully implementing Central Committee’s strategies and mandate.
