摘　　要：生活待遇事关上海职工迁往内地后的生产与生活,其保障对于企业顺利搬迁和扎根内地极为重要。“迁兰三厂”即1957年上海计划迁往兰州生产的3家轻工企业,其中的搪瓷厂在迁来不久后因工资、假期等生活待遇问题引发职工返沪,其结果不仅导致其余两厂停迁,还间接影响了全国迁厂工作的调整。这表明,在新中国初期社会主义工业化建设的宏大背景下,支内者的“初心”除主流叙事中所赞扬的“热情”“奉献”等话语外,对现实生存的考量亦是其中的重要因素。内迁职工生活待遇问题的凸显,看似与迁厂动员和安置工作不到位有关,实则是职工自始至终对“离开上海,落户内地”缺乏足够的心理认同。反之,这也更加彰显出那些甘愿扎根内地、建设西北的“上海好儿女”的难能可贵。The provision of living treatment was related to the production and life of Shanghai employees moved to the inland,which was an important factor aff ecting whether enterprises can smoothly relocated and rooted in the inland.In 1957,Shanghai planned to relocate three light industrial enterprises to Lanzhou.Soon after the enamel factory moved to Lanzhou,some of the workers returned to Shanghai without permission because of unsatisfi ed living conditions such as wages and holidays.This not only led to the stagnation of relocating of the remaining two factories,but also indirectly affected the adjustment of the relocation work across the country.Depending on the context,in the grand background of socialist industrialization campaign in the early years of new China,the“original intention”of the people who supported the campaign in the inland areas was not only the praised“enthusiasm”and“dedication”in the mainstream narrative,but also the important factor of considering their realistic survival.The highlighting of the problems of the living conditions of the relocated employees appears to stem from inadequate work execution of relocation and settlement,but in fact,it reflects a lack of psychological identlfication of the employee to“leave Shanghai and settle in inland”.On the other hand,this also further highlights the rare and admirable spirit of those“Shanghai good children”who were willing to root themselves in the inland areas and build the northwest.
