八路军驻香港办事处的华侨动员——以周恩来、廖承志的人际网络为视角

摘　　要：八路军驻香港办事处作为战时中共南方局的派出机构,承载着动员广大海外侨胞、港澳同胞以及争取国际友人支持的历史使命。它的设立既与中共巩固抗日民族统一战线的政治诉求相关,也是中共南方局负责人周恩来人际交往的产物。为了顺利接收海外侨胞援助抗战的物资,周恩来借助与英国驻华大使卡尔交流的机会,推动了办事处的设立。周恩来与海外华侨的人际交往,加之兼具血缘、学缘、地缘及业缘等人脉条件的办事处主任廖承志的配合,共同延展了人际互动的广度。八路军驻香港办事处在人际网络运作下的华侨动员,不仅呈现出政党的“人格化”倾向,还拓宽了中共南方局与八路军驻香港办事处研究的视野。As the dispatch office of the Southern Bureau of the CPC during the war,the Hong Kong Offi ce of the Eighth Route Army carried the historical mission of mobilizing overseas Chinese,Hong Kong and Macao compatriots and winning the support of international friends.Its establishment was not only related to the political demands of the CCP to consolidate the anti-Japanese national united front,but also the product of the interpersonal communication of Zhou Enlai,who was in charge of the Southern Bureau of the CCP.In order to successfully receive overseas Chinese supplies in the war of resistance,Zhou Enlai promoted the establishment of the offi ce by virtue of the opportunity to communicate with the British Ambassador to China Karl.The mobilization of overseas Chinese under the operation of interpersonal network of the offi ce not only shows the“personifi cation”tendency of the political party,but also broadens the research vision of the Southern Bureau of the CPC and the Eighth Route Army in Hong Kong offi ce.
