摘 要:肾结石为泌尿外科的常见病、多发病,近年来泌尿系结石发病率逐年上升,影响人们生活质量并加剧社会经济负担,而肾结石的发生发展与代谢因素密切相关,该文主要就近些年电解质代谢异常、血脂代谢异常及其他代谢类疾病与肾结石关系的研究进行系统回顾,通过对各类代谢异常与肾结石关系进行综述,从代谢的角度为探究肾结石的发生和发展提供参考。Kidney stones are common and frequently occurring diseases in urology.In recent years,the incidence of urinary stones has increased year by year,affecting people′s quality of life and aggravating the social and economic burden.The occurrence and development of kidney stones are closely related to metabolic factors.This review mainly conducts a systematic overview of the research on the relationship between electrolyte metabolism abnormalities,dyslipidemias and other metabolic disorder diseases and kidney stones in recent years.By exploring the relationship between various metabolic disorder diseases and kidney stones,this review provides reference for exploring the occurrence and development of kidney stones from the perspective of metabolism.
