系统思维下国土空间规划与城市体检评估的协同路径——以深圳市为例

摘　　要：从整体性、层次性、协同性、动态性、开放性五大系统思维原则出发,响应国土空间规划体系“多规合一”、多层细化、多类支撑、多环串联、多维互动五大特征,系统性构建国土空间规划与城市体检评估的互动框架,并结合深圳市城市体检评估实践,阐释五大系统思维原则的实践应用,以期为新时期城市体检评估提供理论参考,为其他城市提供经验借鉴。Based on the five principles of systematic thinking:integrity,hierarchy,synergy,dynamism,and openness,an interactive framework is constructed between territorial spatial planning and urban physical examination.This framework corresponds to the five characteristics of territorial spatial planning:multi-plan integration,multi-level refinement,multi-category support,multi-loop concatenation,and multi-dimensional interaction.Drawing on the practical experience from Shenzhen,the application of the five systemic thinking principles is elaborated,aiming to provide theoretical insights for urban physical examination in the new era and offer valuable references for other cities.
