摘　　要：如何科学、合理地识别和划定更新区域,是实施城市更新计划的首要问题,同时也是城市规划和管理中十分关键的技术议题。在梳理城市更新理念演变的基础上,分析城市更新区域识别的重要性和影响因素,构建城市更新区域识别系统,明确城市更新区域识别的数字技术路径,提出针对土地、设施、生态、文化4类更新区域的识别方法,并通过数字技术实现城市更新区域识别的精准性和一致性,有助于促进城市更新和管理向更科学、合理及可持续的方向发展。Scientific and rational identification and delineation of the renewed area is fundamental to urban renewal programming and plays a critical role in urban planning and management.With a review of urban renewal conceptual evolution and an analysis of the importance and influencing factors of urban renewal area identification,a systematic framework is established for area identification in urban renewal.It elucidates the digital technical pathways for defining renewed areas,proposes specific identification methods for four types of areas:land-based,facility-oriented,ecological,and cultural,and ensures the precision and consistency of urban renewal areas through digital technologies.This approach facilitates the scientific,rational,and sustainable development of urban renewal initiatives and enhances urban management practices.
