“时间—空间—社会”三维视角下历史地段数字化解析及更新诊断路径

摘　　要：探索数字化和智能技术在历史地段更新诊断中的应用途径,从时间、空间和社会3个维度总结历史地段更新中的评估诊断要求,借助空间句法、环境模拟、街景识别、语义分析等技术构建面向历史地段的“时间—空间—社会”数字化解析维度与方法体系,运用该方法体系对武汉三阳片区进行诊断,并提出针对性的更新策略,以期实现从诊断到更新的衔接和闭环,为提升历史地段更新的科学性和精准性提供思路借鉴。With an exploration of the application of digital and intelligent technologies in the diagnosis of historic area updates,the evaluation and diagnosis requirements in historic area updates are summarized from three dimensions:time,space,and society.Using spatial syntax,environmental simulation,street view recognition,semantic analysis,and other technologies,a"time-spacesociety"digital analysis dimension and method system for historic areas was constructed.This method system was used to diagnose the Sanyang Area of Wuhan,and targeted update strategies were proposed to achieve the connection and closed loop from diagnosis to update,providing ideas and references for promoting the scientific and accurate improvement of historic area updates.
