美洲大蠊油脂成分测定及抗氧化活性研究

摘  要:采用乙醇提取获得美洲大蠊(Periplaneta americana)醇提取物,经分离纯化得到油脂成分,并测定其脂肪酸种类、质量分数及其抗氧化活性.所得油脂经皂化和甲酯化方法处理后,采用GC-MS法分析其脂肪酸种类和质量分数.以维生素E为阳性对照,测定3批油脂清除DPPH自由基的能力.结果显示,3批油脂均鉴定出20种脂肪酸,以油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸和硬酯酸为主.3批油脂的抗氧化活性均优于维生素E.研究结果为美洲大蠊的综合利用提供了参考依据.The alcoholic extract of Periplaneta americana was obtained by ethanol extraction and its oil composition was purified by separation.Their fatty acids type and content and their antioxidant activity were determined.The oils were treated by saponification and methyl esterification methods,and then analyzed by GC-MS.The ability of three extracted oils to scavenge DPPH free radicals was measured using vitamin E as a positive control.The results show that the three oils contained 20 fatty acids,including oleic,linoleic,palmitic and stearic acids,et al.These oils had stronger antioxidant activity than vitamin E.The research results provide a reference for the comprehensive utilization of American cockroaches.
