摘 要:制备了含有5种表面活性剂,并复配了积雪草苷、阿魏酸提取液以及沙漠复活糖苷作为功能助剂的氨基酸型洗面奶.在单因素实验的基础上,以泡沫高度作为清洁力指标,设计研究单一变量对泡沫高度的影响以及变量间的相互作用,并建立了多因素与泡沫高度的多元二次方程模型.通过清除羟基自由基法和DPPH自由基法测试该洗面奶的抗氧化性能,并采用牛津杯法进行抑菌性测试,最终获得氨基酸型洗面奶的最优配方.该款氨基酸型洗面奶表现出良好的抗氧化性,并且其羟自由基清除能力和DPPH清除能力分别在0.01~0.09和0.01~0.13 g/mL质量浓度范围内,随质量浓度增加而逐渐增强,IC50分别为0.024和0.063 g/mL.此外,添加阿魏酸提取液和积雪草苷的洗面奶对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌表现出良好的抑制作用,验证了阿魏酸和积雪草苷在化妆品中的应用潜力.Amino acid-based facial cleanser was prepared with five surfactants,supplemented with functional additives including centella asiatica extract,ferulic acid extract,and desert resurrection glycosides.Based on singlefactor experiments,the foam height was used as an indicator of cleaning performance.The study was designed to investigate the influence of single variables and the interactions among variables on foam height,leading to the establishment of a multivariate quadratic model correlating multiple factors with foam height.The antioxidant properties of the facial cleanser were evaluated by using hydroxyl radical scavenging and DPPH radical scavenging assays,while its antibacterial activity was assessed using the Oxford cup method.The optimal formulation of the amino acid-based facial cleanser was obtained through this study.The cleanser demonstrated excellent antioxidant properties,with hydroxyl radical scavenging and DPPH radical scavenging abilities increasing with concentration in the ranges of 0.01-0.09 and 0.01-0.13 g/mL,respectively,and IC50 values of 0.024 and 0.063 g/mL.Additionally,the facial cleanser with added ferulic acid extract and centella asiatica glycosides exhibited strong inhibitory effects against Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,and Staphylococcus aureus,confirming the potential application of ferulic acid and centella asiatica glycosides in cosmetics.
