摘 要:利用废弃铁刨花再生后的产物,作为铁基催化剂供体,用于处理难生化降解的餐厨沼液MBR出水.考察了铁刨花投加量、H_(2)O_(2)投加量、初始pH值和重复使用次数对污染物去除的影响.在此基础上,利用SEM,XRD,XPS和FT-IR进一步探究反应进程.实验结果表明,初始pH值为3,铁刨花投加量为70 g·L^(−1),30%H_(2)O_(2)投加量为2 mL·L^(−1),曝气强度为5 L·min^(−1)时,COD去除率为83.04%,大于传统芬顿的COD去除量,腐殖酸类物质的荧光强度大幅下降.电子顺磁共振和自由基探针实验结果表明,主要活性氧物质为·OH,在反应进行25 min时,·OH生成量为5379.79 nmol·L^(−1).本研究不仅为餐厨沼液MBR废水深度处理提供有效途径,也为工业水处理中降低类芬顿试剂成本提供了一种可行思路.The recycled product of waste iron shavings is used as the iron-based catalyst donor to treat the MBR effluent which is difficult to biodegrade.The effects of iron shavings dosage,H_(2)O_(2) dosage,initial pH value and reuse times on the removal of pollutants are investigated.Furthermore,the reaction process is further investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Fourier infrared spectroscopy scanning(FT-IR).The experimental results show that when the initial pH value is 3,the dosage of iron shaving is 70 g·L^(−1),the dosage of 30%H_(2)O_(2) is 2 mL·L^(−1),and the aeration flow rate is 5 L·min^(−1),the COD removal efficiency is 83.04%,which is larger than that of conventional Fenton,and the fluorescence intensity of humic acids is greatly reduced.The results of electron paramagnetic resonance and free radical probe experiments show that the main reactive oxygen species is·OH,and the amount of·OH is 5379.79 nmol·L^(−1) at 25 minutes of reaction.This study not only provides an effective way for the advanced treatment of kitchen biogas slurry MBR wastewater,but also provides a feasible idea for reducing the cost of Fenton-like reagents in industrial water treatment.
