淮北大堤堤顶路维修施工要点分析

摘　　要：2019年维修的淮河淮北大堤潘集段位于安徽省淮南市潘集区架河镇和平圩镇境内,为1级堤防,该段路面损毁严重,需进行整修恢复。以淮北大堤潘集段堤顶道路维修工程为实例,在分析工程基本情况、施工条件的基础上,阐述了水泥土稳定层、水泥稳定碎石基层等主要施工过程,分析了施工管理、特殊季节施工等6项施工过程中的关键点,提出了加强试验检测、标准化施工、开展全面质量管理、安全隐患预控4项施工控制措施,以期为工程施工提供参考。The Panji section of the Huaibei Levee repaired in 2019 is located in Hepingwei Town,Jiahe Town,Panji District,Huainan City,Anhui Province.It is a first-class levee.The road surface on the top of this section is severely damaged and needs to be repaired and restored.Taking the maintenance project of the embankment top road in Panji section of Huaibei levee as an example,based on the analysis of the basic situation and construction conditions of the project,the main construction processes of cement soil stable layer and cement stabilized crushed stone base were elaborated.The key points in six construction processes including construction management and special season construction were analyzed.Finally,four construction control measures,including strengthening testing and inspection,standardized construction,comprehensive quality management,and safety hazard pre-control were proposed,so as to provide reference for the implementation of the project construction.
