摘　　要：山西中部引黄泵站采用大功率立式三级离心泵,在国内属首次应用。因此,对模型水泵的水力特性和结构特性的验证尤为重要。水泵模型试验包括测试台精度、能量试验、空化试验、压力脉动、轴向水推力试验、飞逸转速试验和模型通流部件尺寸检查等。试验结果表明,水泵效率、流量、功率、空化、压力脉动等各种性能指标均满足规范要求和合同规定,该水泵模型可用于原型泵的设计和制造。The Central Yellow River Diversion Pumping Station in Shanxi Province adopts a high-power vertical three-stage centrifugal pump,which is the first application in China.Therefore,the verification of the hydraulic and structural characteristics of the model water pump is particularly important.The water pump model test includes testing platform accuracy,energy test,cavitation test,pressure pulsation test,axial water thrust test,runaway speed test,and size inspection of model flow components.The experimental results show that various performance indicators such as pump efficiency,flow rate,power,cavitation,and pressure pulsation meet the requirements of the specifications and contract provisions.This pump model can be used for the design and manufacturing of prototype pumps.
