摘 要:采用分光光度比色法测定汾河柴庄水文站地表水中氨氮浓度,依据试验原理和操作步骤建立相关数学模型,通过分析每个操作步骤中不确定度的来源并计算不确定度分量,最终计算得出扩展不确定度。结果显示氨氮浓度为0.204 mg/L时,比色法测定地表水中氨氮的扩展不确定度为0.026 mg/L(k=2),主要影响不确定度分量的是校准曲线拟合和配置校准使用液中引入的不确定度。The concentration of ammonia nitrogen in surface water of Chaizhuang Hydrological Station on the Fenhe River was measured using spectrophotometry and colorimetry.Based on experimental principles and operational steps,relevant mathematical model was established.By analyzing the sources of uncertainty in each operational step and calculating the uncertainty components,the extended uncertainty was ultimately calculated.The results show that when the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is 0.204 mg/L,the extended uncertainty of colorimetric determination of ammonia nitrogen in surface water is 0.026 mg/L(k=2).The main influencing factors of uncertainty components are the fitting of calibration curves and the uncertainty introduced in the configuration of calibration solutions.
