摘　　要：以安泽县沁河流域综合治理为背景,分析如何运用统筹、融合、生态、特色、以人为本的规划理念,通过对沁河沿线硬化、绿化、亮化、美化、净化的设计,改善河道两岸生态环境及当地基础设施条件和投资环境,实现带动地方经济发展、提高河道两岸人民生存条件和生活水平的目的。Taking the comprehensive management of the Qinhe River Basin in Anze County as the background,with the planning concept of overall planning,integration,ecology,characteristics,and people-oriented,the aim is to improve the ecological environment and local infrastructure conditions and investment environment on both sides of the river with the design of hardening,greening,lighting,beautification,and purification along the Qinhe River,thereby achieving the goal of driving local economic development and improving the living conditions and standards of people on both sides of the river.
