山西黎城生态清洁小流域治理与水土保持设计探析

摘　　要：根据生态清洁小流域和水土保持综合治理思路,以山西省黎城县东崖底河流域为例,对设计方案进行探析。通过在预防保护区疏幼林地布设封禁区,在综合治理区采用水土保持林和村庄绿化,在生态修复区建设护地坝等工程措施,有效控制流域水土流失,提高水源涵养能力,减少泥沙入河,改善生态环境,使项目流域生态及人居环境得到整体提升。Based on the concept of ecological clean small watershed and comprehensive management of soil and water conservation,taking the Dongyadi River Basin in Licheng County,Shanxi Province as an example,the design scheme was explored.Take engineering measures,such as setting up prohibited areas in the sparse young forest land of the preventive protection zone,adopting soil and water conservation forests and village greening in the comprehensive management zone,and building land protection dams in the ecological restoration zone,in order to effectively control soil erosion in the watershed,improve water conservation capacity,reduce sediment entering the river,improve the ecological environment,and overall enhance the ecological and living environment of the project watershed.
