解决五台山机场排水问题的对策

摘　　要：五台山机场向滹沱河灌区广济干渠排水,存在重大事故隐患。机场建设及运行以来,给广济干渠的日常运行带来诸多影响,主要体现为渠道淤积大量增加、运行维护成本提高、灌溉管理不便、灌溉面积下降,多次造成广济干渠溢渠和周围农田受灾。结合《五台山机场总体规划修编(2021—2050)》,对机场的排水问题提出增加“专用排水渠建设规划”和“广济干渠改线迁建规划”章节,将机场排水不经广济干渠而排往滹沱河,达到机场运行和灌区运行互不干扰的长远对策,以及近期处理对策和应急度汛方案,并对解决箱涵问题提出对策。The drainage of Mount Wutai Airport into the Guangji trunk canal of Hutuo River irrigation area has serious potential accidents.Since the construction and operation of the airport,it has had many impacts on the daily operation of the Guangji main canal,mainly manifested as a significant increase in channel siltation,increased operation and maintenance costs,inconvenient irrigation management,and a decrease in irrigation area.This has repeatedly caused overflow of the Guangji main canal and damage to surrounding farmland.In view of the drainage problem of the airport,it is suggested to add“Special Drainage Canal Construction Plan”and“Guangji Trunk Canal Relocation Plan”in the Mount Wutai Airport Master Plan Revision(2021-2050),and drain the airport drainage to the Hutuo River instead of passing through the Guangji main canal,so that the airport operation and the irrigation area operation will not interfere with each other.In addition,recent treatment countermeasures and emergency flood prevention plans are proposed,and solutions to the box culvert problem are proposed.
