垓下古战场方位新证  

New Evidence on the Location of the Gaixia Ancient Battlefield

摘　　要：史学界对垓下的方位问题,长期以来存在争议。垓下在今安徽灵璧和在今河南鹿邑两种观点各有所据,“灵璧说”主要依据《汉书·地理志》的记载,“鹿邑说”则重在分析当时军事、地理形势和相关史实。《史记·绛侯周勃世家》的有关记载证明,《汉书·地理志》关于“垓下”的记载是错误的。垓下古战场当依《史记·项羽本纪正义》之说,“在亳州真源县东十里”,即在今河南鹿邑县东。There has long been a controversy about the location of Gaixia ancient battlefield.When we consider the arguments about the location of Gaixia,both the location theory of"Lingbi"in Anhui Province and the location theory of"Luyi"in Henan Province make sense.While the theory of"Lingbi"is convincing based on evidence from Book of Han:Treatise on Geography.Nevertheless,according to records of The Hereditary of Marquis of Zhaobo,the record about the battle in Book of Han is wrong.As Shiji Zhengyi says,the Gaixia battlefield should be"10 miles to the east of Zhenyuan in Bozhou",i.e.the east of Luyi in Henan Province.
