摘 要:茉莉花茶是我国花茶的主要品类,而茉莉花是其关键原料之一。为确定金华市茉莉花蓟马发生种类及混合释放生物天敌对露天茉莉花蓟马的防控效果,研究采集了金华市4个茉莉花主要种植县(市、区)茉莉花种植基地的蓟马样本,并在兰溪市开展了茉莉花蓟马的生物防治效果试验。结果表明,4个不同采集地的茉莉花蓟马种类及优势种一致,有花蓟马(Frankliniella intonsa)、华间管蓟马(Haplothrips chinensis Priesner)和黄胸蓟马(Thrips hawaiiensis)3种,均以黄胸蓟马为主。试验结果表明,累计3次释放巴氏新小绥螨或斯氏钝绥螨在30 d后的防治效果均>84%。综合来看,释放单种生物天敌的防效优于混合释放,巴氏新小绥螨和斯氏钝绥螨均可作为控制茉莉花蓟马种群数量的一种长期有效的天敌。研究结果可为茉莉花的生物防治技术发展提供参考,助力茉莉花茶产业健康发展。Jasmine tea is the leading product of scented tea in China,and jasmine is one of its important raw materials.To determine the occurrence species of Jasmine Thrips in Jinhua City and the control effect of mixed release native predator against open air Jasmine Thrips.Samples of Thrips were collected from 4 main Jasmine planting counties in Jinhua city,and the control effects of Neoseiulus barkeri Hughes andAmblyseius swirskii Athias Henriot on Jasmine Thrips in the open air were tested in Lanxi City.The results showed that the species and dominant species of Jasmine Thrips in 4 different collection sites were the same,including 3 species Frankliniella intonsa,Haplothrips chinensis Priesner and Thrips hawaiiensis.Thrips hawaiiensis is the dominant species.The control effect of single release of Neoseiulus barkeri Hughes orAmblyseius swirskii Athias Henriot was more than 84%at 30 d after the third release.Neoseiulus barkeri andAmblyseius swirskii can be used as long-term effective natural predator to control Jasmine Thrips,and it is better to release only one biological natural predator.The research results can provide reference for the development of biological control technology of jasmine,and help the healthy development of jasmine tea industry.
