摘　　要：基于2014—2022年中国省级面板数据,实证研究金融资源配置水平对农业高质量发展的影响。结果表明,金融资源配置水平对农业高质量发展存在显著的正向支持作用,并且这种影响主要体现在受教育程度高、数字化水平低的地区及粮食主产区。环境规制强度和社会信用环境会影响金融资源配置水平对农业高质量发展的作用。可以通过注重农村金融人才和高水平农业人才的培养、提高环境规制强度、优化社会信用环境等方法来提高金融资源配置效率,促进农业高质量发展。Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2014 to 2022,this paper empirically studied the impact of financial resource allocation on high-quality agricultural development.The results showed that the level of financial resources allocation had a significant positive supporting effect on the high-quality agricultural development,and this effect was mainly reflected in the areas with high education level and low digitization level and the main grain-producing areas.The intensity of environmental regulation and social credit environment will affect the effect of financial resource allocation level on high-quality agricultural development.We can improve the allocation efficiency of financial resources and promote the high-quality development of agriculture by focusing on the cultivation of rural financial talents and high-level agricultural talents,improving the intensity of environmental regulations and optimizing the social credit environment.
