芪葛定眩汤联合小针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪葛定眩汤联合小针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60名我科收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予以基础药物加针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加予芪葛定眩汤和小针刀治疗,疗程均为14 d。评估治疗前后中医证候评分(包括眩晕、颈痛、头痛、日常生活及活动影响和心理及情绪影响),检测血清中TXB2、TNF-α水平,比较患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组86.67(P<0.05)。治疗组中的中医症候评分,血清中TXB2、TNF-α水平低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:芪葛定眩汤联合小针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者能有效减轻症状,降低炎症水平,具有一定临床价值。Objective:Clinical effects of Qige dingxuan decoction combined with small needle-knife therapy in the treatment of Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were investigated.Methods:A total of sixty patients with cervical spondylosis of the vertebral artery type were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and a treatment group.Acupuncture and basic drugs were administered to the control group.Treatment group received Qige dingxuan decoction combined with small acupuncture knife on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy and and the TCM symptom scores(dizziness,neck and shoulder pain,headache,effects of daily life and activities,psychological and emotional effects)in the two groups were compared.And the levels of TXB2 and TNF-α in serum were measured.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group(96.67%)than in control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).A significant difference existed between the treatment group and the control group after treatment in terms of TCM symptom score and serum levels of TXB2 and TNF-α(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qige dingxuan decoction combined with small needle-knife therapy can effectively reduce symptoms and inflammation in patients with Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.In a word,it is worth getting clinics to popularize Qige dingxuan decoction and small needle-knife therapy for Cervical spondylosis of the vertebral artery type.
