摘　　要：新质生产力之所以被视作绿色生产力,是因为它实现了生产力实体性要素的重大飞跃,成为了一种绿色、积极、建设性的力量,具有丰富内涵的生态意蕴,展现出绿色的生态特质。从生态哲学的不同维度审视新质生产力,我们能够揭示出它对人与自然关系的新认识及其价值影响,从而更深入地理解其生态哲学基础与环境治理效能。同时,新质生产力从生产力的角度重新定义了人与自然的关系,为构建全新的认知框架和解释维度提供了可能。这将进一步推动治理哲学的变革,促进环境治理在主体、思维、手段、体系和格局上的创新。具体表现为:治理主体实现了主客观的创新,催生了整体性环境治理的新思维;绿色科技革新了环境治理手段;环境治理体系向现代化迈进;治理格局从单边治理转向生命共同体。New quality productivity is regarded as green productivity because it has achieved a significant leap in the substantive elements of productivity,becoming a green,positive and constructive force with a rich connotation of ecological implications and showing a green ecological character.By examining the new quality productivity from different dimensions of ecological philosophy,we reveal its new understand-ing of the relationship between humans and the nature and its value impact,thus understanding its ecologi-cal philosophical basis and environmental governance effectiveness more deeply.At the same time the new quality productivity redefines the relationship between humans and the nature from the perspective of pro-ductivity,providing the possibility for building a new cognitive framework and explanatory dimension.It will further promote the change of governance philosophy and promote the innovation of environmental governance in terms of subject,thinking,means,system and pattern.Specifically,the governance subject achieved the innovation of subjectivity and objectivity,giving birth to a new thinking of holistic environ-mental governance;green technology has reformed the means of environmental governance;the gover-nance system has moved towards modernization;the governance pattern has shifted from unilateral gover-nance to life community.
