摘 要:小麦赤霉病研究对于农业生产和保障全球粮食安全具有重要意义。为深入了解小麦赤霉病研究进展和动态前沿,运用CiteSpace软件,对近20年来Web of Science核心合集中1236篇小麦赤霉病研究文献进行系统分析。结果表明,近20年来小麦赤霉病研究发文量总体呈上升趋势,美国以345篇的发文量位居榜首,中美、中英、中加等国际合作网络较为紧密。研究内容主要集中在病原菌特性、病害防治技术、抗病品种选育等方面;当前研究热点以抗病性鉴定、分子标记辅助选择、新型生物防治剂开发等为主;热门技术方法涉及分子代谢组学、基因组学、遥感监测技术等。展望未来,小麦赤霉病研究将更加注重跨学科合作,致力于开发高效、环保的病害防控策略,以应对全球粮食安全挑战。Research on Fusarium head blight holds significant importance for agricultural production and global food security.To gain a comprehensive understanding of the research progress and emerging trends in this field,this study used CiteSpace software to systematically analyzed 1236 literatures on Fusarium head blight in the Web of Science core collection in the past 20 years.The results indicate that the overall publication output in Fusarium head blight research had shown an upward trend,with the United States leading the field with 345 publications.International collaboration networks were relatively tight,such as those between China and the United States,China and the United Kingdom,and China and Canada.The research content primarily revolved around pathogen characteristics,disease control techniques,and the breeding of resistant varieties.Current research hotspots centered on disease resistance identification,molecular marker-assisted selection,and the development of innovative biological control agents.The prevalent technical methods primarily encompassed metabolomics,genomics,and remote sensing monitoring technologies.Looking ahead,Fusarium head blight research will place greater emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration,aiming to develop efficient and environmentally friendly disease control strategies to address the challenges posed by global food security.
