人类认识阶梯与管理理论类型划分:以公司生命周期问题为例

摘　　要：同一类管理现象与问题存在多个理论。对理论进行分类有助于从事理论构建的研究者快速评估现有理论研究的状况,及其计划构建的理论在现有理论中的相对价值,方便管理实务工作者正确认识不同管理理论的价值,选择合适的管理理论解决实际问题。本文基于人类解决问题时需要的4类知识类型,提出对应的管理理论类型划分。最后以公司生命周期问题为例展示本文观点与方法的具体使用。Different theories may be developed for the same management phenomenon and problem.Typology of theories helps researchers quickly assess the state of existing theoretical research and the relative value of their planned theory,and facilitates management practitioners to better understand the value of different management theories and choose appropriate management theory to solve practical problems.Based on four types of knowledge required by human being in solving problems,this paper proposes a typology of management theories.Finally,corporate life cycle is used as an example to demonstrate the application of our viewpoints and methods.
