摘 要:为了探究复合微生物菌剂对设施番茄根际土壤真菌群落的影响,以桃星番茄为试材,采用高通量测序技术,研究施用复合微生物菌剂对番茄根际土壤真菌群落的影响。试验结果表明,施用复合微生物菌剂可提高番茄根际土壤中钙孢菌门、被孢霉门和子囊菌门的相对丰度,显著增加土壤中有益真菌群落数量。In order to explore the effects of compound microbial agent on the fungal community in the rhizosphere soil of facility tomato,theeffects of the compound microbial agent on the fungal community in the rhizosphere soil of tomato were studied by using high-throughput sequencing techniques,with Taoxing tomato as the test material.The results showed that therelative abundance of Calcarisporiellomycota,Mortierellomycota and Ascomycota in the rhizosphere soil of tomato could be increased by applying the compound microbial agent,and the number of beneficial fungal communities in the soil wassignificantly increased.
